I want every senior portrait session to be a unique and creative experience.
Your session will start at the location of your choice--anything within a few miles of Lincoln is fair game. If you're interested in a natural setting, Pioneers Park, or the Maxwell Arboretum on UNL's East Campus, are great places. If the city landscape is more to your liking, the Haymarket has been a very popular choice. If you're looking for something inbetween, the Sunken Gardens or Stransky Park are also possibilities. Wherever you decide to start, we'll follow up your location shots with a few in the studio.
When we're finished shooting, you'll have an opportunity to view your photos immediately on the laptop. Your CD will be burned while you wait.
The yearbook photo is included with any senior package. Spilker Portraits will touch-up, crop, and email your selection directly to your yearbook coordinator.
You have several options for making prints. When you take your CD home, you'll be charged for the basic senior package. That includes an 8x10 and two 5x7s, but most people then decide to upgrade to a more complete package. If you just want an additional print or two, you can always purchase singles at Package+ rates. And don't forget your final option--limited copyright permission comes with any Spilker Portraits CD.
My experience has been, senior portraits are generally what you make them. If you're looking for a highly creative experience, spend some time thinking about the type of shots you want. Feel free to email me some samples, or better yet, stop by so we can talk things over. I'll generally make some suggestions in return. You're not limited on clothing changes or poses--we'll do what we can comfortably fit into a one to two hour session.
And finally, please enjoy sample photos.
